On March 30th 2021. DEBRA held second webinar ”The role of health and social specialist in EB and other dermatological diseases” for health professionals. Webinar was organised by DEBRA Croatia due to International Alliance of Dermatology Patient Organizations – IADPO Member Impact Fund which we are very proud of. Main goal of project is to exchange knowledge and informations as well as education which will ensure better understanding of rare diseases and raising quality of life which is important for both people with rare dermatological diseases and for health care providers. In a two-hour webinar attended by 30 doctors, hereditary epidermolysis bullosa, ichthyosis, mastocytosis, palmoplantar keratodermas and neurofibromatosis type 1 was covered. In accordance with the topics, we would like to announce the expansion of DEBRA activities to other rare dermatological diseases, about which we will inform you soon! We are very much looking forward to further webinars for nurses and social workers.
